DELIVERING DEVICE AND DELIVERING METHOD FOR GRANULAR STORED OBJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of a delivering device against the overload of a paddle drive motor. ;SOLUTION: A paddle 1 is rotated by a paddle drive motor 5 to deliver a granular stored object in this delivering device. The delivering device is provided with a control device 20 stopping the drive of the paddle drive motor 5 when the overload state of the paddle drive motor 5 is detected multiple times. When the overload state of the paddle drive motor 5 is detected, the paddle drive motor 5 is inversely driven. If the overload state is detected after the inverse drive, the drive of the paddle drive motor 5 is stopped. The delivering device is also provided with a travel drive motor 10 moving the paddle 1 in the prescribed range and a slip detecting means 9 detecting a moving slip of the paddle 1. When the occurrence of the slip is detected by the slip detecting means 9, the drive of the travel drive motor 10 is stopped.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
