CROSS-LINKABLE BASE LAYER FOR FIXATION BY DOUBLE POINT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject adhesive capable of forming a return blocking material showing high adhesivity, over point bondability, washing resistance and dry cleaning resistance, useful as a clothing padding material by initially reacting a reactive component in a melt under cross-linking. SOLUTION: This cross-linkable melt adhesive for covering or laminating a plane structure bonds (A) a cross-linking component (e.g. a cross-linkable isocyanate having 100-130 deg.C melting point) to the matrix of (B) a polyolefin (e.g. an atactic polypropylene having 8-50 Pas melt viscosity and 80-150 deg.C softening point) by incorporating the component A into the component B in a melt by the extrusion of the component A and initially reacts (C) a reactive component (e.g. an amine-controlled copolyamide having 90-150 deg.C melting point and 1.2-1.7 solution viscosity) under cross-linking. The adhesive is obtained by mixing the component A fixed by the component B with the component C in a powdery state.
