PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal oxide film raw material containing cobalt, capable of efficiently preparing a metal oxide film on a glass substrate and without producing white cloud defect when colored ceramic color frit is melted on the metal oxide film and provide a method for preparing the film. ;SOLUTION: This metal oxide film raw material comprises a solution obtained by dissolving a cobalt complex salt containing 5C β-diketone and 7C β-diketone as ligands into an organic solvent and has ≥5 g/L and 30 g/L cobalt metal concentration in the solution. This method for preparing the metal oxide film comprises feeding the above metal oxide film raw material to high-temperature glass surface and forming the metal oxide film containing cobalt by a pyrolysis method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
