The invention relates to a medicament with antiallergic effect comprising 121 parts triterpene saponins of the species Viola tricolor, 0.143 parts flavonosides of the species Scutellaria galericulata, 0.024 parts aerosil, 0.009 parts talc, 0.003 parts magnesium stearate and isopropanol q.s., for a tablet, the parts being expressed by weight, and to the process for preparing said medicament, which consists in subjecting the aerial parts of Viola tricolor to extraction with water in a ratio of 30/1 while stirring for 4 hours, at the refluxing temperature, concentrating them at a temperature of 50...60°C, treating them with ethyl or methyl alcohol in a ratio of 1/3 at the ambient temperature, removing the ballast substances by filtering, concentrating the hydroalcoholic solution in a ratio of 1/0.25g/v to the plant and precipitating it by adding 10 volumes of concentrated methyl alcohol, then the obtained triterpene saponins are homogenized with flavonosides of Scutellaria galericulata, are moistened with the isopropanol q.s., are dried at maximunm 40 °C, are powdered with aerosil, talc, magnesium stearate and are compressed.
