Composition capable of stimulating the development of the colour of the skin and flesh (pulp) in fruit and vegetables

The composition comprises 1-90% of a compound which contributes the phosphate anion (P033-), 1 to 10% of methionine or a methionine salt, and 1-10% of glycine or a glycine salt, in which all the percentages are by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition. The composition may contain fertilizers, phyto-regulating products and/or coagulants. The composition is capable of stimulating the synthesis of antocyanines and therefore the development of the colour on the skin and flesh of fruit and vegetables.
