On the entry side of a continuous film development device (7) a light-proof housing (1) has a projection with two covers (1a,1b) for insertion of unreeling chambers (2,3) of similar type into which film cartridges (9) can be loaded. Each chamber contains a film cutter (e.g. 2b) and drive roller (2c) for feeding the selected film through an outlet with a magnetic or motorised flap (2d). External rollers guide the film through a sensor (4 or 5) to a point (6) where the alternative film tracks converge towards a leader board (10). IMAGE
