The cutting device has first and second rotating components (20, 27) in which cutting elements (29) are integrated. The rotating components form a cutting region (3) between them. Support bodies (23, 26) are fitted in this region. The second rotating component (27) is of the belt-driven type with a multilaminar structure to receive the cutting elements.
