Cleaning device (1) has carriage (3) moving under car (2) and having hose (4). Hose receives cleaning water under pressure and carried out through flexible hose (6). Carriage has two lateral arms (12, 13) able to rotate relative to carriage and around vertical axis. Arm rotates with spring (33) maintaining arm against wheel (15) and recall it to deployed position after arm goes over wheel.
