One of movable members is made for being set into motion, and the other is in functional coupling with measuring device 7. Improvement of correlation between control torque and flow expansion is required for such steering mechanism. This relationship should be preferably brought to linear dependence. For this purpose measuring device 7 acts as pump, it is arranged in flow-through channel 8 closed to itself with open flow- through channel 9 passing by. Channel 9 is laid from supply connecting devices P, T to outlet connecting devices A, B.
