PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a plant disease, having the disease-controlling effect in a high level, hardly providing problems in practical application, and hardly causing chemical injury by using an acidic electrolytic water.;SOLUTION: This method for controlling the plant disease is exemplified by the case of seed disinfection in which the seeds are immersed in the acidic electrolytic water having a strong acidic pH, and the germination of the immersed seeds is forced in the acidic electrolytic water having a weak acidic pH to prevent the development of the chemical injury such as the inhibition of the germination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
