PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve antinomy in an electroconductive pressure sensitive adhesive, that incorporation of a large amount of an electroconductive substance into a pressure sensitive adhesive for the purpose of increasing electroconductivity causes lowering of its adhesion while decrease in the amount of the electroconductive substance in a pressure sensitive adhesive for the purpose of strengthening adhesion causes lowering of electroconductivity, thereby to provide an electroconductive pressure sensitive adhesive excellent in both of electroconductivity and adhesion and to provide an electroconductive composite material excellent in both of electroconductivity and adhesion using the electroconductive pressure sensitive adhesive. SOLUTION: Either or both of a carbon nanotube and a carbon microcoil as an electroconductive substance are dispersed in a pressure sensitive adhesive to compose the electroconductive pressure sensitive adhesive, and the electroconductive composite material is constituted of the electroconductive pressure sensitive adhesive.
