PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 16-membered macrolide antibiotic compound derivative effective for the treatment of Pasteurella bacterial infectious disease. SOLUTION: This 20,23-di-substituted mycaminosyl tylonolide derivatives and their use in the prevention and treatment field against the infectious diseases with Pasteurella bacteria are disclosed. The di-substituent is a piperidino group, which may be substituted by 1 or 2 methyl groups.
