PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for completely removing malodor generated at the fermentation/decomposition of an organic waste (for example, garbage dissipating machine). SOLUTION: The bacteria belonging to Bacillus megatherium are fixed to bran as a bacteria bed and mixed with ceramic balls made of black mica and put into an air permeable box and mounted at a discharge port. A deodorizing device is connected at its outlet as shown in Fig.1. Generated moisture is removed at a cooling layer 2 of the device, and adsorbents capable of peculiarly absorbing basic gas, acidic gas and neutral gas are filled in a deodorizing cylinder consisting of three chambers. A blower 9 is mounted at its tip. In such a way, the malodor generated at the fermentation of the organic waste is completely removed.
