PURPOSE: A device for assembling a cover made of a hard material in a barrel part of a watch is provided to replace the part in case of the fracture. CONSTITUTION: A removable device assembling the cover(20) made of the hard material in an upper part of the middle part(4) of a closed watch case(1) by a back cover(2) and a crystal(3) which form a space(9) storing at least movement(29) together with a casing ring(6) is provided. This device includes a metallic middle part, and an external wall part of the middle part has stair structural planes(31a,32,32a,33) complementing internal orthogonal structures(21a,22,22a,23a) of the cover(20) mutually. An elastomer gasket(12) arranged between two horizontal planes of the orthogonal structures is compressed by at least two screws(14,16) passing through holes(34,36) for tightening clamps(15,17) stored in hollow parts(25,27) formed in a vertical wall of the cover to fix the cover on the middle part.
