PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user terminal device to autonomously determine if reproduction of provision information is permitted, without interrogating a special management device and other database servers or the like as to if the requirement for approving browsing is met, by using browsing approval information describing the requirement for approving browsing.;SOLUTION: The user terminal device, an information providing device, and a browsing approval information management device are connected to a communication network. The management device creates browsing approval information upon a request for using the browsing approval information. The information providing device saves provision information including the browsing approval information. The information providing device provides the provision information to the terminal device upon the request of the terminal device for transmission. The terminal device determines if reproduction of the provision information is permitted based on the browsing approval information include in the provision information; if the device determines that it is permitted, reproduction of the provision information is effected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
