PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech-attachment controller and a method of controlling a speech attachment in construction machinery, by which the safety of an operator is improved by controlling the starting, stop and speed adjustment of the attachment by using a speech when interlocking operation by a plurality of actuators is controlled in the construction machinery.;SOLUTION: In an electronic controller 1, the controller 1 is composed by providing a speech analyzing means 1a speech-analyzing a speech command displaying an indication by a speech regarding the operation of the attachment, a speech discriminating means 1b being connected to the means 1a and discriminating the indication of the speech command, a machine-body control means 1c being connected to the means 1b and being capable of controlling the operation of the attachment on the basis of the indication and a speech synthesizing means 1d transmitting the operating conditions of the attachment to the operator of a machine body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
