PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction material for a civil engineering structure capable of preventing an anchor for a wall face material from being damaged when buried and being corroded during use.;SOLUTION: One end section of the anchor 3 is fitted to a natural stone 2 so that the other end section side of the anchor 3 is separated from the natural stone 2, and frictional force increasing means 8 and 9 increasing frictional force are provided at the other end section of the anchor 3.
