STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING OIL DETERIORATING OF ENGINE LUBRICATING DEVICE

PURPOSE: When an oil pressure is over a limit, a relief valve is opened to cool off oil returning to an oil pan so as to improve oil cooling and prevent oil deterioration. CONSTITUTION: An oil stored in an oil pan(1) is carried over by an oil pump(3), and goes through an oil filter(4), and is supplied to a friction part(5). A relief valve(6) is installed between the oil pump and the oil filter. A returning pipe(7) of the relief valve is connected with the oil pan outside of the oil pan. A distribution plate(8) is installed at the connection part of the oil pan. The distribution plate filters foreign material, thereby increasing lifespan of the oil pump(3) and the oil filter(4).
