PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for detecting deterioration of lubricating oil capable of performing deterioration diagnosis of lubricating oil in real time without stopping an internal combustion engine and to provide an engine system having a device for detecting deterioration of lubricating oil.;SOLUTION: A lubricating oil deterioration detecting device samples a part of lubricating oil 31 circulating in a circulation line L₁₁ for lubricating oil 31 by a sampling line L₁. It has: a sample lubricating oil tank 51 capable of sealing its inside having a vaporization space 51a; an impurity removal line L₂ which seals the sample lubricating oil tank 51 and after that sucks and removes exhaust gas content 52 by a pump P₁; heating means 54 which seals the tank again after removing the exhaust gas content 52 and after that vaporizes water content contained in the lubricating oil 31 into the vaporization space as water vapor 53; and a gas measuring instrument 55 for measuring the water vapor 53.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
