PURPOSE: A system and a method for an AD(ADvertisement) service through a mobile terminal are provided to satisfy both an advertiser and a mobile terminal subscriber by making the mobile subscriber receive and search the desired AD. CONSTITUTION: The AD service system includes an AD search service server(40) and a database. The AD search service server connects to a portable mobile terminal(10) through a communication network and executes the production and process of the accumulation money according to the download and search of the AD data. The portable mobile terminal transmits a menu and the input information selected by the user to the service server through the communication network and outputs the AD data received from the service server. The database is used by the service server and stores the registered member information and various information such as the AD data. The service server stores the AD data transmitted from the advertiser through a user computer(70) via the Internet(50) in the database.
