PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement method that uses a mobile phone SIM card for realizing new business, to provide a mobile phone system with an advertisement function that makes advertisements to reduce call charges, and the mobile phone SIM card.;SOLUTION: An advertisement providing enterprise 30 requests a card producing company 40 to produce an advertisement telephone SIM card 10 and the card producing company 40 produces the contents of advertisement to be written in the advertisement telephone SIM card 10. The enterprise 30 provides the advertisement telephone SIM card 10 to a mobile phone user, and the mobile phone user uses a mobile phone terminal 20, to which the advertisement telephone SIM card 10 can be inserted to make a phone call to a called party. When the advertisement telephone SIM card 10 is inserted to a mobile phone terminal 20, a display device of the mobile phone terminal 20 displays an advertisement and the user of the mobile phone terminal 20 can dial and make a call with an opposite party, after the display of the advertisement.
