HUMAN PROTEINS BINDING TO HUMAN TYROSINE KINASE Hck AND GENES ENCODING THE SAME

A novel protein having an activity of binding to human tyrosine kinase Hck is disclosed. Representative examples of proteins of the invention possess the amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOS: 1 or 12. Nucleic acids encoding these proteins are also disclosed. The protein of the present invention retains the property of binding to human tyrosine kinase Hck and possesses the function of promoting apoptosis by tumor lethal factor stimulation.
