PURPOSE: A process of preparing a pizza crust using boiled rice and cereals as a main material in place of reducing the amount of wheat flour by 50% is provided. Whereby, the product has an effect on preventing adult disease while simultaneously stimulating the appetite. CONSTITUTION: Miscellaneous cereals containing rice, glutinous rice, unpolished rice, barley, foxtail millet and sorghum in a ratio of 5:1:1:1:1 are washed, soaked in water for 30min and heated at 180 to 200deg.C for 30min to cook boiled rice and cereals, which are mixed with dried seasoning(kelp, carrot, spinach, laver and sesame in a ratio of 1:1:1:1;1) and then formed into the shape of a round plate. A dough with wheat flour is spread on a pizza plate to a thickness of 1mm and rolled with shredded potato and cheese and then the boiled rice and cereals are put thereon.
