The height-adjustable support foot includes a threaded spindle (4) passing through the plate-like foot element (2) with play. The ball head part of the spindle corresponding with the ball socket (3) is formed as a ring (5) coaxially surrounding the spindle and supported on the side remote from the socket against a fixing nut (6) which can be displaced on the spindle. The spindle which connects with the support frame of the conveyor has at the bottom a holder formed by an enlarged head (10) whose side facing the ground surface (15) is designed as a support face (16). BY adjusting the nut the head can be brought to bear against the underneath of the foot element.
