Training management system provides personal study program with documentation of completed studies

The training management system has a planning module (1) for planning further studies for an individual, a second planning module (10) for organization and strategic planning of study requirements, with a training management module (4) for management of a personal study program. The training management module has a personal training databank (5), coupled to a personal training unit for documentation of the further studies completed. An Independent claim for a method for planning and execution of a personal study program is also included.
