摘要

Due to the importance of the nature of the relationship libraian/service, the subject of digital documentary mediation has occupied many specialists and researchers in the world as the profession and future activity of the library, but the latter requires the composition and qualification of human cadres possesses, the capabilities and skills that qualify them to provide services to meet the needs of users; Which have become increasingly complex and varied with the developments in the field of digital publishing and ways to introduce and make it available, and because the processes of education and training will be very important, in order to develop the managerial and creative skills necessary to provide information services in the Digital environment. This is a major challenge for university institutions, especially library and information departments, which will have the greatest burden of teaching students new facts, knowledge and skills that will enable them to deal with this environment with sufficient awareness. Therefore, the paper seeks to answer the following main question: Are libraries training bodies taking into account recent developments in librarians roles in the digital environment? What is the extent to which the academic training programs of the Institute of Library Science and Documentation at the University of Abdel Hamid Mehri, Constantine 2, have responded to the profession and activity of digital documentary mediation and the advancement of its graduates?
