Purpose: it is arranged to promote attention and concentration by executing the Fast Reading process based on a brain training process for a train system of brain training and Fast Reading and a Fast Reading learning method. Construction: an inspiration sensor (17) is for sensing inspiration. One storage unit (14) stores different brain training programs and is designed for executing Fast Reading process for executing brain training process and different Fast Readings. One setting input key (12) is for being arranged an on/off operation, one starting/end locus brain training process and Fast Reading process, the details of brain training process and Fast Reading process, a downtime and a speed reading training phase. One timer (13) is used for the controlled training phase. One LCD (15) is used to show each state of brain training process and Fast Reading process. One controller (11) controls LCD and storage unit to execute brain training program and Fast Reading plan.
