In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a promoter and terminator that function in synchronization with the expression of an endogenous gene, particularly in mycelia sterilia, in the mycelia belonging to the aprotic imperfecta. The promoter according to the present invention comprises a nucleotide sequence of the sequence number 1 and its homologue. The terminator according to the present invention comprises a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 2 and its homologue.
