An envelope which can be reused with a simple structure and an envelope and envelope body used therefor are provided to provide a method of enclosing a reasonable content. The sealing piece 10 has an adhesive material which can be attached to and removed from the envelope main body 2, and is stuck to the front and rear sides of the envelope body 2 across the opening 8, thereby closing the opening 8. The sealing piece 10 is provided with a sending type information section 11a and a destination information section 11b. By changing the height of the upper end 4A and the upper end 5A in the opening 8 of the envelope body 2, the opening 8 can be easily opened when the content 20 is turned on.
