PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved royal jelly powder suppressing deterioration with time and stably keeping the quality over a long period and to provide a method for producing the royal jelly powder and to provide a royal jelly food containing the royal jelly powder.;SOLUTION: The improved royal jelly powder 1 comprises dried powdery royal jelly 2 and an enteric coating agent 3 applied to the dried powdery royal jelly 2 and forming block-like particles granulated together with the dried powdery royal jelly 2. The method for producing the improved royal jelly powder 1 comprises granulating and coating the dried powdery royal jelly 2 with the enteric coating agent 3.
