PURPOSE: To obtain a cut-resistant cloth material having excellent cut-resistance, softness and handleability by including powder having a hardness higher than a specific level into a cloth material such as woven or knit fabric. ;CONSTITUTION: Powder having a Spring hardness of ≥50 and particle diameter of ≤300μm, e.g. powder of metal or metal oxide of e.g. iron, aluminum, copper and nickel is applied to a cloth material made of fiber having a Young's modulus of ≥5,000kg/mm2, e.g. aramid fiber, polyarylate fiber and polyethylene fiber and treated with an adhesive such as acrylic resin to obtain a cloth material containing ≥5wt.% of the powder based on the cloth, having excellent cut- resistance and softness, free from the stinging of hand and body and having easy handleability.
