PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a communicating method unique to a maker into data of a modem communicable format. ;SOLUTION: A device for realizing program change with a monitor of a remote electric controller with a PLC mounted thereon, supports MS-DOS programming tool connection of PLCs of a plurality of makers, which is conventionally impossible. By making the device intervene in both a personal computer side for operating a programming tool provided by a sequence controller maker and a remote sequence controller side, performing data conversion of transmission and reception data and timing and connecting to a telephone line etc., workability similar to that of when the sequence controller is connected directly to the personal computer is realized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
