"Apparatus and method for disposing electrically hypodermic needles.Which provides electrical energy to the hypodermic needle so as to generate heat and remove the needle with the heat.Comprising: an insertion hole through which the hypodermic needle is inserted; a plate electrode that comes in contact with the hypodermic needle being inserted.In order to provide electrical energy to the needle; a wing electrode that comes in contact with the hypodermic needle to melt and remove the same.The wing of the electrode having an opposite polarity to that of the electrode plate; a motor for rotating a wing electrode and a controller to control the motor.
