PURPOSE: An interworking intermediation system and a method for a job seeker, a job offering company, a freelancer, and an outsourcing company using the Internet are provided to realize the satisfied manpower intermediation by offering a customized intermediation service between them. CONSTITUTION: Member management parts(10,20) comprise a job seeker information storing part(11), a job offering company information storing part(12), a freelancer information storing part(21), and an outsourcing company information part(22). Intermediation parts(13,23) intermediate the job between them based on the information stored in respective information storing parts. A job seeker recommending part(14) and a freelancer recommending part(24) select, store, and manage the job seeker and the freelancer suitable for an employment condition. A recommended job seeker information management part(15) displays the personal information of the job seeker selected by the company. A company information management part(16) displays the introduction, a homepage, and the employment notice of the company by storing and managing a company name, a logo, and an employment notice title.
