System and Method for automatically recommend to register Advertisement for Job Opportunity based on Analasys of Job Offering Pattern of Companies

Disclosed is a job offer advertisement system providing a service posting a job offer advertisement for a job offerer on the web so as to be viewed by a job seeker. A collection part collects search information about the job seeker or another job offerer input from a job offerer terminal and item information which is content of individual items included in a resume of the job seeker or the job offer advertisement for another job offerer searched according to the search information. A derivation part analyzes the search information and the item information and derives input information which is content of individual items to be input in the job offer advertisement to be created by the job offerer terminal. A creation part creates the job offer advertisement including the derived input information. The job offer advertisement in which actual requirements of a current time of the company are actively reflected can be recommended through a job offer behavior pattern analysis of the company.
