JOB OFFERING AND JOB HUNTING MEDIATING SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH CHARACTERISTIC IN INPUT GUIDE PROCESS AT THE TIME OF THE RETRIEVAL OF JOB OFFERING DATABASE BY JOB HUNTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a job offering and job hunting mediating system by which job offering items which meet what a job hunter wants are properly presented and job hunting items which meet what a job offerer wants are properly presented without requesting special knowledge for using the system to a user by devising the description forms of the job hunting item and the job offering item and also automatizing the adaptive judgement of the both items. ;SOLUTION: When one or plural individual skill phrases are inputted in a mode for receiving the input of the individual skill phrase of job hunting items to be a retrieval condition, the phrases are treated as the temporary job hunting items and the job offering items are retrieved. When the job offering item adapting to the temporary job hunting items to some degree by the job offering item retrieval is found, un-inputted skill contents are presented to the job hunter during inputting as the temporary job hunting item from the job offering skill phrase aggregation of the job offering item and the job hunter is guided to proceed the input of the retrieval condition in consideration of the skill contents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
