Pipe for a heat exchanger comprises an extruded pipe wall (100) defining several passages (110, 120) extending in a longitudinal direction parallel to the pipe wall. The passages are arranged offset from each other in at least two rows parallel to the main axis (10) of the pipe cross-section. The passages have a circular, triangular or diamond-shaped cross-section. An Independent claim is also included for a heat-exchanger device comprising the above pipe.
