The exchanger (1) has an inlet distributor (3), and an outlet distributor (4) for fluid. A set of pipe units (2) is arranged between the inlet distributor and the outlet distributor, and is adapted for fluid to flow through the pipe units, where the pipe units are connected in the same direction or parallel to each other. A hollow space is formed between the pipe units and is adapted for another fluid to flow through the hollow space. The pipe units are arranged parallel to a main axis of the heat exchanger. The pipe units are deflected several times around 180 degree. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a group of heat exchangers (2) a motor vehicle with an air conditioning system comprising a heat exchanger.
