The installation has air separation apparatuses comprising main heat exchangers (7A, 7B) and supplying pipes (9A, 9B) for supplying pressurized gas. Each apparatus is connected to a common pipe (13). One of the apparatuses is arranged on a side of the common pipe that is common with an axis of one of supplying pipes. Other apparatuses are arranged on another side of the common pipe that is common with an axis of the other supplying pipes connected to the latter apparatus perpendicular to the common pipe.
