PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a semiconductor laser element in a simple structure from warping.;SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises a semiconductor laser element with a projection surface (2) which enables projection of a laser beam (3) and a collimating lens means (6) which can reduce the divergence of the laser beam (3) projected from the projection surface (2) regarding a first direction (Y) practically vertical at least to a projection direction (Z) of the laser beam (3). The semiconductor laser device further comprises an auxiliary body (4) and the auxiliary body is fixed and combined to the semiconductor laser element (1) and the collimating lens means (6). The invention is further related to a semiconductor laser module which is constituted of the semiconductor laser element (1), the auxiliary body (4) and the collimating lens means (6), and the method for manufacturing the semiconductor laser device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
