PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an electric heating blanket with raised or flocked naps inclined in a fixed direction on its surface, from turning into a solid mass and from being creased by a relative movement that occurs with an object in contact with the blanket, to avoid heating objects from getting closer mutually and to prevent a temperature from being elevated locally.;SOLUTION: The fabric comprising the electric heating blanket is divided into a plurality of areas, and the plurality of areas are combined as a pair and constituted as one piece of fabric to mutually eliminate the inclining directions of fibers in the areas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
