PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data changeable system for an ECU capable of instantaneously obtaining traveling compatible data through communication and simply writing the data into the vehicular ECU.;SOLUTION: This data changeable system for the ECU comprises the vehicular ECU(10) capable of writing change data in a nonvolatile status; an ECU maker-side server computer (20) storing the written data; and a client computer (30) on the side of concerned persons in charge of commercial vehicles, which downloads the data from the server computer and transmits and writes them to the ECU.
