PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation circuit for reversed-polarity electric induction energy for pulse power supply which is of simple structure and thus of reduced cost. PSOLUTION: When the electric energy of a power supply PPS101 is inputted, direct-current power is transmitted directly to a load LD101, and the primary coil WP of a voltage transformer T101 is stably excited to resistive impedance state. At this time, a current limiting resistor R101 is selectively installed on the secondary coil WS of the voltage transformer T101, and ordinary magnetic exciting current is passed in common. When the electric energy of the direct-current pulse power supply PPS 101 is lowered or interrupted, the secondary coil WS of the voltage transformer T101 instantaneously transmits reversed-polarity electric induction energy to the load LD 101.
