PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reliably preventable the entry of foreign matter, to reliably confirm a reaction chamber to be the object of reaction observation, and to make positionable the reaction chamber to a location at which reaction is to be observed.;SOLUTION: A DNA chip 4 has a plurality of reaction parts 4a-4d. A plurality of reaction chambers 3a-3d comprise opening parts 301a-301d and individually house the reaction parts 4a-4d.
