PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool for a stress measuring device for a microtome capable of transmitting the energy by fluctuation of stress at the time of cutting to a high sensitive force converter correctly even the fluctuation of stress at the time of cutting a fine powder material mixed body or a boundary face of a thin laminate is weak, and to provide the stress measuring device for the microtome, and a specimen determining device for the microtome.;SOLUTION: The cutting tool provided with a stress measuring device is fixed to a predetermined position of a specimen fixed to the stress measuring device. The cutting tool is composed of a knife main part and an edge part. On the tip part of the knife main body a slanted face with a predetermined angle toward upward is provided.
