Blade guide device of alligator shears

摘要

PURPOSE: To hold a blade in parallel for good cutting quality by providing a guide track for blade supports on a guide frame horizontally movable in a shear casing. ;CONSTITUTION: Parallel guide tracks for guiding blade supports 4, 5 are provided at the width of a guide frame consisting of guide frame halves 7, 8. The guide frame halves 7, 8 are connected to each other in a vertical direction and arranged in mutually horizontally shifted relation via a spindle 10. A roll guide 9 is provided on the side of the guide frame half 7 corresponding to a rolling track of a shear casing 1 and the guide frame is disposed to be reciprocatingly movable in a horizontal direction. The blade supports 4, 5 guided along the guide track are rotated by crank driving shafts 2, 3 for shearing band materials, e.g. steels being running.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
