PURPOSE: To provide a laver operating boat, capable of performing the reaping of laver and medicinal treatment of a laver net while aligning the fore-and-aft direction of the laver operating boat with the longitudinal direction of the laver net and advancing the laver operating boat and further similarly carrying out the reaping of the laver and medicinal treatment of even the laver net with extending rods kept in a state thereof attached thereto and excellent in operating efficiency at a low cost and methods for reaping the laver using the laver operating boat and treating the laver net with the medicine using the laver operating boat. ;CONSTITUTION: This laver operating boat 11 for performing the treatment of a laver net stretched over the sea surface with a fixed rope 4 is equipped with fixed rope guide members 14, 16 and 18 for scooping up the fixed rope from the sea surface and leading the fixed rope onto the hull, laver net supporting units 21, 22, 24 and 26 for scooping up the laver net from the sea surface, leading the laver net into the hull and further to the stern part and either of a reaper 19 for reaping the laver from the laver net and a medicinal treating device 20 for carrying out the medicinal treatment of the laver net.
