A device for mixing viscous food products consists of a mixer vertically placed on a shaft and contains an element, that is an auger, placed near an inner wall of a chamber. The mixer is made as the bodies, which are connected with cross-pieces, between which blades are fixed along a spiral, forming the screw surface of the auger as a sum, and the elements, placed near the inner wall of the unit, are made as rollers-scrapers, which have the toothed working surface and are placed into the cross-pieces in such a manner as to allow the radial movement on the account of spring units.
