A system for vacuum metallization of objects treated in batches, comprising: a fixed body (3) cooperating with at least one closing element (11a; 11B); a series of electrified bars (111A,111B,111C) to supply electrical power to vaporization sources (119); a first series of electrical contacts (103), associated with a supporting element for the workpieces to be treated and electrically connected to the electrified bars; a second series of electrical contacts (101), carried by said fixed body, electrically connected to an electrical power source. Each contact of said first and said second series of contacts has a contact plate (131) carried via a joint (133) by a support (135) associated with said supporting element (3) or with said fixed body respectively.
