The present invention is related to a kind of insulated sound-absorbing engineering material, a tubular body made of thereof and a method for producing the material. Said insulated sound-absorbing engineering material includes multilayer meshworks (1), which is composed of wool, heat-welted double component fibre, mothproof solvent and anti-bacilli solvent and which is heated to formed as integer by double component fibre. The interface between abutting meshworks has a layer of anti-burning solvent (2). Said multilayer meshworks (1) are wond layer by layer to form a tubular body. With fast punchy glue, the tubular body is formed to integration. The outer surface of said tubular body is covered with aluminum foil. A method of producing said insulated sound-absorbing engineering material comprises the steps of: a. mixing said wool, heat-welted double component fibre, mothproof solvent and anti-bacilli solvent fully, and loosening the mixture primarily; b. Loosening subtly the mixture which has loosened primarily, then carding them to meshwork; c. laying said meshworks to form multilayer meshwork, and jetting anti-burning solvent on the interface between abutting meshworks; d. Drying it to be a figuration.
